What the percentage covers. The percentage above is the EvenSteven platform fee, capped at R5.00 per transaction. Paystack, our payment processor, charges its own processing fee on top of that. Both are paid by the sender and both are itemised on the confirmation screen before you approve a payment — you always see the full cost before you send.

Withdrawals. Automatic weekly payouts are free — we absorb the transfer fee. Manual withdrawals carry a R3.00 transfer fee, deducted from your balance.

Available in South Africa only. Accounts are held in South African Rand and paid out to South African bank accounts. Other markets to follow.
